Whats New Items

American Community Survey data for the 2017-21 five-year period has been processed and released! These updates replace previous indicator data from the 2016-2020 five-year period. New maps and data now available for population demographic and socioeconomic characteristics from the US Census Bureau’s American Communuity Survey (ACS).

New maps and data are now available for the Cancer Incidence – Cervical indicator from the State Cancer Profiles dataset. Data have been updated for the 2015-2019 reporting period, replacing data for 2014-2018.

New maps and data are now available for the Cancer Incidence – Lung indicator from the State Cancer Profiles dataset. Data have been updated for the 2015-2019 reporting period, replacing data for 2014-2018.

New maps and data are now available for the Cancer Incidence Rate (All) indicator from the State Cancer Profiles dataset. Data have been updated for the 2015-2019 reporting period, replacing data for 2014-2018.

New maps and data are now available for the Social Vulnerability Index indicator from the CDC/ATSDR database. Data have been updated for the 2020 reporting period, replacing data for 2018.

New maps and data are now available for the Population Receiving SNAP Benefits (SAIPE) indicator from the Small Area Income and Poverty Estimates (SAIPE) dataset – SAIPE Model Input Data. Data have been updated for the 2020 reporting period, replacing data for 2019.

New maps and data are now available for the Poverty Rate (< 100% FPL) indicator from the Small Area Income and Poverty Estimates (SAIPE) dataset. Data have been updated for the 2021 reporting period, replacing data for 2020.

The new seven-year average teen birth data for 2014-2020 are now available. Data were from the National Center for Health Statistics – Natality files and are used for the 2023 County Health Rankings.
