New maps and data are now available for the Chronic Conditions – Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (Adult) indicator from the BRFSS PLACES dataset as released in 2023. Data have been updated for the 2021 reporting period, replacing data for 2020.

New maps and data now available for nonprofit organizations indicator from the 2023 IRS Exempt Organization Business Master File. Indicator data report the number and rate of 501(c)(3) and 501(c)(4) organizations per 100,000 population.

New maps and data are now available for the Other Social & Economic Factors -Feeling Socially Isolated (Adult) indicator from the BRFSS PLACES dataset as released in 2024.

This indicator reports the top 10 countries of origin for the foreign born population in the report area. The foreign-born population includes anyone who was not a U.S. citizen at birth. This includes respondents who indicated they were a U.S. citizen by naturalization or not a U.S. citizen. Data are from 2019-23 American Community Survey.

New maps and data are now available for the Prevention – Recent Primary Care Visit (Adult) indicator from the BRFSS PLACES dataset as released in 2024. Data have been updated for the 2022 reporting period, replacing data for 2021.

New maps and data are now available for the Poverty Rate (< 100% FPL) indicator from the Small Area Income and Poverty Estimates (SAIPE) dataset. Data have been updated for the 2022 reporting period, replacing data for 2021.

New maps and data are now available for the Housing and Families – Utility Services Threat (Adult) indicator from the BRFSS PLACES dataset as released in 2024.

New maps and data are now available for the Population Receiving SNAP Benefits (SAIPE) indicator from the Small Area Income and Poverty Estimates (SAIPE) dataset – SAIPE Model Input Data. Data have been updated for the 2022 reporting period, replacing data for 2021.
