Heart Disease Hospitalizations 2018-2020
New maps and data now are available for the Coronary Heart Disease Hospitalizations indicator. Data have been updated for the 2018-2020 reporting period, replacing data for 2017-2019. Trends over time now available for three-year periods beginning with 2011-2013.

Data for 2019 acquired from the NCCDPHP Diabetes Interactive Atlases (replacing data for 2018). All the data from previous years since 2004 are updated as well by CDC for methodology change. New maps and data are now available for the Poverty Rate (< 100% FPL) indicator from the Small Area Income and Poverty Estimates (SAIPE) dataset. Data have been updated for the 2022 reporting period, replacing data for 2021.
New data now available for the National Origin indicator from the 2019-23 American Community Survey.
This indicator reports the top 10 countries of origin for the foreign born population in the report area. The foreign-born population includes anyone who was not a U.S. citizen at birth. This includes respondents who indicated they were a U.S. citizen by naturalization or not a U.S. citizen. Data are from 2019-23 American Community Survey.
